Shipping
Here, each order is prepared with care and shipped within 24 business hours, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once your order is confirmed, it is quickly handled by our logistics team to ensure efficient processing. We work exclusively with Chronopost, a carrier renowned for its reliability and fast delivery across Europe.
Deliveries
Delivery is available throughout Europe. Delivery times may vary depending on your delivery address, but you will always receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped, allowing you to track its progress in real-time.
Delivery fees are set at 12 euros for standard products. For boards, due to their size and the precautions taken during transport, the fees amount to 85 euros.
If you live near our store, you can opt for free in-store pickup, a simple and quick alternative to collect your order without additional charges.
Taxes
Prices displayed on our site are in euros (€), all taxes included (TTC), including the VAT applicable in France on the day of the order.
The invoiced price is that indicated at the time of your order confirmation. Delivery charges, if applicable, are specified before final validation and added to the total amount.
We reserve the right to modify our prices at any time, but products will always be billed based on the prices in effect at the time the order is placed.

The stock displayed on the product page is updated. If an item sells out quickly (sizes/colors), please do not hesitate to ask us for confirmation.
How do I choose my size for clothing?
Refer to the size guide when provided. If between sizes: for a snug fit, size down; for comfort, size up.
Fins: how to choose the right set?
It depends on your board (thruster, quad, twin…), your size, and the desired feel (drive, pivot, speed). Give us your model + fin boxes, and we'll guide you.
Board bags: what size should I get?
Take the length of your board + a small margin (depending on thickness/fins). For travel, opt for a reinforced model.
Returns / exchanges: how does it work?
Possible under conditions (new product, unused, tags, legal period). Fees may vary depending on the reason (error / change of mind).
How long does it take for an order to ship?
In-stock products are generally prepared quickly. You will receive tracking information once shipped.
