The products offered on the Surfshop – Shapers Club House website are sold subject to availability or according to the lead times indicated for made-to-order products.

Prices are displayed in euros, all taxes included (VAT), excluding shipping costs. Shipping fees are specified before order confirmation.

Any order placed constitutes acceptance of the prices, product descriptions, and these terms and conditions of sale.

Custom-made, personalized or made-to-order products are neither returnable nor refundable, in accordance with applicable regulations.

For standard products, the customer benefits from the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects, under the conditions provided by law.

Delivery times are given for information purposes only. A delivery delay cannot justify order cancellation or a refund request, except as provided by law.

The seller cannot be held liable in the event of improper use of the products or use not in accordance with their intended purpose.

French law applies. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.
