Returns & Refunds Policy – Shapers Club

Return period

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to request a return, except for the exclusions listed below.

Eligibility conditions

To be accepted, the item must:

be new, unused and unworn

be returned in its original packaging, with tags and protections

include proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation)

Any item returned incomplete, used, damaged or soiled may be refused or subject to a price deduction.

Return procedure

Before sending any item back, you must contact us at:

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

If the return is approved, we will provide shipping instructions.
Except in the case of our error or a defective product, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Defective, damaged or incorrect items

Upon delivery, you must check the condition of your order immediately.

If an item is:

defective

damaged during transport

not compliant with your order

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, with supporting photos, so we can process the claim promptly.

Items excluded from returns

In accordance with applicable law, no returns or refunds will be accepted for:

custom-made, personalized or made-to-order products (custom surfboards, special series, specific options chosen by the customer)

gift cards

sale or clearance items, unless a proven defect exists

products that have been used or modified after delivery

These items are considered final sale.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to purchase a different item, you must:

return the original item in accordance with this policy

place a new, separate order

Right of withdrawal – European Union

In accordance with European law, you have a legal 14-day withdrawal period to cancel or return non-personalized products.

This right does not apply to custom-made or personalized products, in accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, with packaging and proof of purchase.

Refunds

After receipt and inspection of the returned item:

we will notify you of approval or refusal

if approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days

Initial shipping costs are not refundable, except in the case of our error or a defective product.

Bank processing times may vary.
