Shipping Policy

Shapers Club prepares and ships all orders from France.

Order processing times are generally 1 to 5 business days for in-stock products.
Custom-made, personalized or made-to-order products are subject to specific lead times, which are communicated at the time of order or by email.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and the selected carrier. They are provided for information purposes only and cannot be used as grounds for a refund in the event of delays beyond our control.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment confirmation.

Once the parcel has been handed over to the carrier, Shapers Club cannot be held responsible for delays, loss or damage related to transport. In case of any issue upon delivery, you must contact us within 48 hours at contact@shapersclub.com
, with supporting photos.

We ship within France and internationally. Certain destinations may be subject to restrictions or additional charges (customs duties, local taxes), which remain the responsibility of the customer.
